Pay Reactive Call-Out Fee

Required before booking a visit.
Includes the first hour on site - additional time and materials will be invoiced separately.

Pay for Additional Working Hour

This payment covers 1 additional working hour beyond the standard reactive call-out attendance.

Pay OOH Call-Out Fee

This payment covers JFT Maintenance’s Out-of-Hours (OOH) call-out service for reactive works requested after 5:00 PM, including attendance, fault assessment and up to 1 hour of labour on site.

Pay OOH Additional Working Hour

This payment covers 1 additional hour of labour for works carried out outside normal working hours (after 5:00 PM) following the initial Out-of-Hours call-out attendance.

Reactive call-out fees include attendance and up to 1 hour labour unless stated otherwise.
Additional labour, materials, access equipment or follow-on works may be charged separately.
Out-of-hours charges apply for attendances outside standard working hours.
Invoice payments must match the total amount shown on the issued invoice (including VAT).
