Pay Reactive Call-Out Fee
£75.00 + VAT
Required before booking a visit.
Includes the first hour on site - additional time and materials will be invoiced separately.
Pay for Additional Working Hour
£45.00 + VAT
This payment covers 1 additional working hour beyond the standard reactive call-out attendance.
Pay OOH Call-Out Fee
£112.00 + VAT
This payment covers JFT Maintenance’s Out-of-Hours (OOH) call-out service for reactive works requested after 5:00 PM, including attendance, fault assessment and up to 1 hour of labour on site.
Pay OOH Additional Working Hour
£67.50 + VAT
This payment covers 1 additional hour of labour for works carried out outside normal working hours (after 5:00 PM) following the initial Out-of-Hours call-out attendance.
